After reading a couple of dozen of these complaints/reviews it begs for me to give my comment. These vehicles are inexpensive, disposable vehicles.

The reason the majority of the people come in to the dealership is because of their successfull advertising and promotions. I am not an employee of Fuccillo but have had experience in sales of autos and homes. First of all, when someone walks on a car lot, the salesman is instructed that these person(s) are there to buy. Who are these people?

Unfortunately, most of them don't know what their credit score is, have unreasonable expectations on the value of their trade, have little or no money down, want to buy something beyond their budget, have a repo on their credit report, not enough income, come in and tell you they are in a hurry, tell you they are not buying today, just want to take a test drive, tell you about their experience with another dealership, complain about and refuse to pay dealership fees, above all don't do any research about the vehicle or shop around with their own bank on competitive interest rates. These salespeople in Cape Coral don't get home till 10:00 at night, every night. If they don't sell, they cant feed their families.

Cut Mr. Fuccillo some slack, don't act *** and you will be treated with the utmost respect!
