3 trips to service dept. $600.
Still not fixed. Every one in service needs class in customer service. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at an establishment taking my money. When Billy owned dealership it was the pride of Cape Coral.
Now It has become the laughingstock of dealerships on pine island Rd. and the Cape. Owned Kia's for past 8 years and will never own another one. Worst dealership I've had the displeasure of frequenting.
Trading for Chevrolet. Good night and good by.

The vehicle is fine. But a snooze has put my 67 year old single lady in the financial poor house.
After buying..of course after..during the current shortage of vehicle and the chip shortage..I get home and am going through the papers in the car and stuffed in the glove compartment is a sticker with the ID no. Of my vehicle. That price was 25000 dollars. THEY CHARGED ME 33000!!!
WHEN I confronted them on the phone after several bounces around the phone a manager told me " Yeah. Of course we took advantage of the shortage of cars and jacked the price up. That's good business! I feel totally raped.
I'll tell anyone I talk to what this company has done to my finances.
Never...ever.. again!!

The ad says you have to buy or lease a new vehicle. I bought a four-year-old vehicle and Mr.
Fuccillo was walking around, chatting with everyone.
After a brief conversation, he invited me on the cruise. How cool is that!

WARNING!!!!!! It's really crazy the lack of rights we have when it comes to big business.
I purchased a vehicle from this place trading in a truck and putting down $2100. The dealership simply came to my house 1 week later before any payments where due and stole the car. Not returning truck or cash. So going to this dealership damn near ruined my life.
The truck is now on my credit but not in my possession. Kia has no idea what happened to it. they offered to give me the money back if I took down the bed reviews reluctantly I agreed as I needed the cash to buy a car. we're taking down the reviews they did not hold up to their on and did not send the money.
Credit ruined. No car.
No cash. Do your self a favor go somewhere else.
Great deal
Went to get my skn his first car there. I was able to get a preowned soul with 2017 (in 2018) with 9k miles for 2400 under market value!! Was treated excellently
Buyer BEWARE
Kia’s are clearly poorly made vehicles and they DO NOT stand behind their warranty. They have every loophole covered to find the consumer at fault.
Over the last 20 years, this was the only problem and by far the most miserable experience of leasing a car I have ever had. Customer Service was a complete joke. On to the next victim is their mentality. If I can save one person from this nightmare I would feel accomplished.
Don’t fall for their marketing or their bogus warranty.
Do your research. Many lawsuits will surface in the near future.
Enjoyable experience
I am writing this letter to express how happy we were with the wonderful experience of buying a new Kia Soul at Fuccillo Kia in Port Charlotte. Everyone was professional, friendly and welcoming.
We were allowed to take as much time as we wanted to shop and ask questions. Bob Waldren our sales rep was warm, sincere and fair. Even though Fuccillo Kia was forty-five miles away from our home we found the trip worthwhile.
We even look forward to having our Kia serviced at their wonderful repair center. I would suggest others travel to Port Charlotte and find out for themselves.

We leased a 2013 Kia Rio in January 2013. At the time, my wife was working in Naples.
That ended a year later. At the expiration of the lease, we knew we had gone over the mileage allowance. Went into Kia and asked if there was anything we could do. After a lot of haggling & strong arming, we were "allowed" to purchase the vehicle with a 6 year loan!
So, in essence, Fuccillo has us paying on a 2013 car for almost 9 years! On top of that, we were advised to purchase a warranty package at $30/month. The first time I attempted to use this service was told problem wasn't covered. Tried to cancel, but after much back & forth, all Kia would do apply the $30 to loan.
No refund! Please save yourself a lot of time, headaches & $$ and "steer clear" of Fuccillo!!

Return a Lease
I turned my 2015 K900 with 16k miles on it to Fucillo Kia and they made the return process so easy it was almost unbelievable. They told me over the phone that the whole process would take 10 minutes, well they lied, it only took about 2 minutes.
They were very happy to get a three year old lease back with only 16k on it. I tried to return it first to Airport Kia only because it was closer but they told me the person that handles that department isn’t in on Wednesday, which is when I wanted to return it because my schedule is tight.
I mean really, one person handles your lease backs. Fucillo Kia is where I will purchase a Kia if I decide to get another one and I will also refer my friends and clients to them.
Never owned a KIA and never will
I can't stand all of the tv and radio commercials and how obnoxious they are. As soon as I recognize it as a Fuccillo ad I change station or channel.
KIA is junk vehicle. They depreciate very quickly and don't get into an accident in one, they don't hold up.
I'm not sure why people are attracted to these vehicles. Spend money and get a reputable vehicle like Honda or Toyota.

I am surprised that I like my Kia as much as I do. I had a decent experience when I bought the car.
A little longer than I wanted, but all in all the car is great. What bugs me is the calls I get from a place called Motor Vehicle Services Acting like they are the Kia warranty people for my new car.
Wish someone would nail them! Oh I paid cash and didn’t get a cruse invite— lol poor me.

Very pleased with our Cadenza. If you go to Fuccillo, make sure you ask for ALY NAPOLEAN, you won't be disappointed.
Much worse than Watertown or Adams
The personal touch of car sales as given in his Watertown, NY and Adams NY dealerships is lost down here with the gimicks of the giveaways and what can we con the people with. It saddens me as We have bought cars from Billy since he opened his first dealership in Watertown NY, my mother bought a Mitsubishi 3000 GT from him and I have purchased several vehicles from him up there and down here.
I will not return as this last deal was a lease and I was under the belief it was a 3 year lease only to later learn it was a 4 year lease.
We live a distance away from the dealership so when they were doing the lease buy out program we called before driving all the way in to see if we qualified and were told yes and how it would work, got there and was told something totally different and that in order to get out of the lease I would then need to come up with like another $9500.00 down to be able to go into a car and then would still have payments then twice the amount of my lease payment. If this had been told to me correctly on the phone I would of never made the trip there and sat for hours.

False advertising
Went to Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral on 12-12-17. Was looking for advertised deal no money down and 285 month for cadenza.after I road tested a car I was told the car I drove was 1500 down and 499 a month the car that is still being advertised in commercials by mr HUGE was not available.
If it’s not available then why run the commercials and lie to people. That’s not HUGE,that’s SMALL
